- Built by John (Pappy) Gintert and Ed Gintert Sr., Long time residents of Braceville
- Opened in 1962 as a 9 Hole Course
- The "River Hole", a double dog-leg Par 5 challenges all skill levels
- In 1967, the par for the course was raised to 72 for 18 holes
- In 2009, Nephew Frederick Gintert, purchased the golf course which is now managed by his brother Scott
- In 2011, Hole #12 was redesigned and several other holes were lengthened. 
- Golf course sits on 220 acres of land
- 70+ Golf carts
- Measured total of 6,700 yards for course
